Please read and accept these TERMS & CONDITIONS before completing your submission of information and account registration with CRAFT CORPORATION

These Terms and Conditions (the ‘Agreement’) is entered into

BY AND BETWEEN:

1. You (the ‘Customer’, ‘you’ or ‘your’); and

2. CRAFT Corporation., a company duly organized and validly existing under the laws of Thailand and having its principal place of business at 43/1, Anusawari, Bang Khen, Bangkok, 10220 Thailand (the ‘CRAFTDEFI’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ or ‘our company')

WHEREAS

(i) Craft Defi is a distributed website and application that currently runs on the Binance Smart Chain using specially-developed smart contracts to enable users to own, transfer, build, and craft unique digital lands. It also enables users to own and transfer other digital assets like items, lands, resources, material, building, and employment. Using the Craft Defi Platform, users can view their assets and acquire, trade, build, and craft items which can be sold and transferred into Norla Token (“Norla” or “NOR”).

(ii) The Customer wishes and agrees to download, access and/or use of CRAFTDEFI’s Games (each a "Game" and together the "Games"), the CRAFTDEFI Platform and the Service on your Equipment

(iii) You agree that by accessing and/or using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

(iv) CRAFTDEFI reserves the right to amend, change, and/or modify its terms and conditions (‘T&C’) and the Privacy Policy on CRAFTDEFI Platform from time to time without any advance notice to the Customer. By using CRAFTDEFI Platform after any changes have been made, the Customer acknowledges their agreement to the modified T&Cs and all the changes made therein.

NOW THEREFORE, in considerations of mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and hereto agree as follows:
